Data Deletion
Data Deletion
Last updated July 26, 2026
You can request deletion of your contextflow account, workspace, project data, source content, generated documents, connector settings, and related records.
How To Request Deletion
Email support@getcontextflow.com from the email address associated with your contextflow account. Include the workspace or project name if your request is for a specific workspace or project.
What We Delete
- Account profile information associated with the deletion request.
- Workspace memberships and workspace metadata, when the workspace is being deleted.
- Projects, source records, source snapshots, generated Markdown documents, and document versions.
- Change log entries, conversations, people/subscriber records, notifications, and queued jobs tied to deleted projects.
- Stored connector secrets, such as encrypted Discord bot tokens, tied to deleted sources.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, logs, or records we are required to keep for security, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Connected Services
Deleting contextflow data does not delete data from third-party services such as Google, Discord, or payment providers. You may need to manage those accounts directly.
