Terms of Service

Last updated July 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of contextflow. If you use contextflow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Beta Service

contextflow is currently offered as an early beta product. Features, limits, pricing, availability, and behavior may change as we learn from usage and operating costs.

Accounts And Workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity in workspaces you create or manage. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of source material, project documents, and other content you submit to contextflow. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and modify that content as needed to provide the service.

AI-Generated Output

contextflow uses AI to generate and update project documents, answer questions, and evaluate update relevance. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for important decisions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use contextflow to:

  • Violate laws, contracts, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or platform terms.
  • Upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
  • Submit content you do not have the right to process through the service.
  • Use the service to create or distribute abusive, deceptive, or harmful material.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except as allowed by law or written permission.

Plans, Billing, And Beta Pricing

Free and Pro plan limits may change. Pro is currently a beta plan, and pricing may change for future customers as connector, compute, and AI costs become clearer. If paid billing is enabled, payment terms will be presented at checkout.

Connected Services

If you connect third-party services such as Discord, you are responsible for having the permissions needed to connect and process that content. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Availability And Changes

We aim to keep contextflow useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, especially during beta.

Termination

You may stop using contextflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use the service unlawfully.

Disclaimers And Liability

contextflow is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
